This section is a work in progress. For the time being, here are some things you should know (YouWouldntGetIt.com will be referred to as “We” or “we” or “Our” or “our”. Anyone who purchases shirts will be referred to as “the buyer” ):

• We are lagit. If you pay for a shirt, you will get it. If it’s a pre-order, we will get it to you as early as possible. All shipping dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays because of problems with printing or distributing, or any other reason we would receive the product late, or any for any reason, event or act of God beyond our control.
• We will offer refunds before a shirt is shipped, or in the event the wrong size was ordered. In such an event, we will issue a refund once we get the shirt back from the buyer and determine that it has not been worn or washed, and is in the same condition we shipped it in. The buyer will pay shipping to send the shirt back. We will pay shipping to send the buyer a new shirt.
• We are not responsible for wear and tear on the shirt and will not issue a refund for it. We guarantee that at the time of shipping, there are no tears, rips, or stains on the shirt and that any graphics are as they should be.
• For the time being, all of our shirts are Gildan Heavy Cotton (100% cotton) shirts. We will note otherwise. It is up to the buyer to make sure he/she or the recipient of the shirt has no allergies or reactions to the material the shirt is made out of. We will be held in no way accountable for allergic or negative reactions that may result in wearing our shirts.

Oh yeah, and the name YouWouldntGetIt, any text, graphics, and designs are copyright YouWouldntGetIt.com unless otherwise noted and may not be reproduced without the express written concent of YouWouldntGetIt.com. You can however, post our designs on your blog, website, other public profile, as long as you give credit where credit is due and link back to us (http://www.youwouldntgetit.com).
